Quion 2009 has further increased its market share.

In 2009 the mortgage market shrank by one third. This is due to the "credit crisis" and the fact that fewer houses are sold. Quion did however good results and got almost as many new mortgages in the books as the year before. The portfolio increased from approximately 23 billion to around 24 billion euros. This growth against the market trend, Quion has also managed to increase its market share.
